While this is our third book, its the first that also has to be an ebook and
that's the killer. We were up till 5am monday morning and about 2am this
morning dealing with stupid adobe issues. We could have had the book out
Friday but there were 'display' issues to deal with. I could go into all the
details if you want, but lets just say they've been dealt with (finally).
The printed version of the book has been sent to the printer so they have a
reference. This was done yesterday and that 'sealed' the book. The PDF goes
to them today and at the same time goes out to those who ordered it. Trust
me, it's coming and you'll be happy when you get it.
I'll have a printed up version with me at internet world. I'll be at the
Allaire booth helping out for the next 3 days. Come on over.
