If you are running the actual CF server on NT ...
Depending on the debug info you looking for, you may need to first Stop then
Start the Cold Fusion Service ... in the services control panel.
"Detail" view requires that.
Also, Check to make sure you don't have incorrect IP numbers listed in the
"Restrict Debug Output" section of the CF Administrator.
