CFStudio. If you are just looking for what CGI variables are available to you, take a look at the "CFML Basic" tab on the quick bar. Under "Server Variables" (by default the first button on the toolbar) you should see a folder called "Variables", and one of the elements contained in that folder is "CGI Variables".
