I don't know about SUG:, but OT: would definitely be good for everyone to
use as a standard. That way, people who don't want to see anything that
isn't dead-center, on topic could filter their mail easily. There could
even be different levels:
SOT: Slightly off-topic
OT: Plain off topic - duh
WOT: Way off-topic
Now, we'd just need to figure out what the guidelines are for each of these.
