Try using one of the numerous zip custom tags and set up a schedule to zip
up your files and ftp it to you at home, or wherever.

Hi all,
I apologize for the way OT post in advance.
I am looking for a utility that will let me backup my
personal website. The host I am using recently lost
all of my files and data, so I am looking to backup my
site every night. Right now, I go in manually and FTP
down everything to my machine at home, which is fine
because the site is so small, but I know there has to
be a better/faster way.
What I would love to do is zip everything up and just
FTP down the zip file. Any ideas, thoughts or
suggestions? Of course, I would love to have this be
an automatic thing as well, but that is not as large
of a concern right now.
