Let me guess...  you're running IIS and you have the "Check that file
exists" option checked for .cfm files.  Uncheck it and see if it works
right.  Also make sure that if you're running the URLScan tool from MS,
there's a line in the .ini file that says something to the effect of "allow
only one '.' in a URL."  Get rid of that as well.  See if that works.

We have aquired a site and the SES that used to work on the site no longer
functions.

The server is trying to resolve the fuseaction piece as a file:
/index.cfm/fuseaction/home.test

I will look at the FAQ and see if there is something there.
