Does anyone know of a way to create a check box instead of a drop down menu? We have a template of an envelope that the customer can personalize by choosing two options from a dropdown menu. We would like to give them an option on just clicking on the box next to the desired text and to look like this on the form: Confidential Material Enclosed (x) First Class Mail ( ) By checking one the boxes the full text/graphic will appear on the template. We have seen this type of option on other online sites. Is this even an option and if so how to accomplish that. Many Thanks!
