Okay, just read through your original email again. My new question for you is, are the colors that you use to make the text colored listed in the Colors tab in the Print1? Just as a side note, the formatted text resources are included in the def file and there's nothing else you should have to do regarding those. But, it sounds like maybe the colors you are using in the text resources (Name and Email) are not defined in the Print1 and therefore, it is blank because no color is applied.
