Larry, Just a shot in the dark but... would changing the Javascript Globals to an OnJobStart help? I've personally never used the Javascript Globals feature so I'm just guessing here.
90,000+ records isn't the smallest kid on the block. Splitting the database into smaller groups would definitely help.
