I am using FP Imposer for the imposition. The imposition per say is not the problem as the imposition is working correctly with regards to stacks however I need the file to impose with Page 1 numbered 1-250, then Page 2 #1-250 and so on up to page #6 so I can output each set of tickets on a different color of paper. Currently I am getting stacks containing all 6 pages of the document with all 6 pages of the #001's together then all #002's together and so on up to 250. I have no experience in writing JavaScript and am relatively new to using Fusion Pro as we have only used it on a handful of projects.

If your doing imposition on press or some other way, you could set body page usage for OnRecordStart JavaScript rule callbacks by setting body page usage from a pool of unused body pages, then repeating.
