A capable Facilitator interested in experimenting with 'virtual facilitation.' Our Gaian Doers forum at http://egroups.com is succeeding with dialoguing for the express purpose of co-creating leading edge, virtual and localized TeamNets whose efforts will have a major impact on societal transformations. We are a small, yet highly synergistic kindred group of individuals currently forming a Core TeamNet. Below my tag line is a current copy of a Proposal being co-written by some of the Doers in preparation for a major collaboration with an internationally known networking institute. This Core TeamNet to which you are being invited to participate as a member, is co-designing operational system components intended to assist 'virtual team' initiatives such as the ones we are currently co-creating and defining. As will be clear by reading the currently entitled "POSnet and Spin-off TeamNets Proposal" below, the TeamNet members will be entitled to shares of compensations co-defined and agreed upon by all parties involved. Generally, compensation will be in various forms of revenues/equity/residuals, etc., as arranged in accordance by each initiative. This is an unprecedented opportunity for anyone seeking to open new frontiers in Facilitation. The purpose of our core TeamNet, to be called POSnet , is to set the pace for alternatives to obsolete, coercive social and economic infrastructures. POSnet will therefore be co-defining progressive organizational structures, methods of compensation and distribution of generated wealth, all made possible through emergent technologies and new socio-economic trends. Assuming an initial TeamNet consisting of upwards of 30 individuals, organizations and networks, each member unit with it own aspiration, POSnet could easily spin-off and be linked to virtual webs of up to and beyond 1 Million individuals. Organizational Structure: POSnet uses the starburst organizational structure (shown below), where diverse projects will be structured as interdependent, autonomous profit centers. TeamNet profit centers, or 'holons' will consist of any possible combination of 'virtual' and/or 'localized' teams, supporting the principles of 'mass privatization' as defined in POSnet member Barry Carter's "Infinite Wealth." Mass Privatization "is an organization in which individual workers, or small TeamNets of workers own the specific work they perform. These private owners work in partnership with other owners, through TeamNets and networks." (Further background information can be obtained at http://WinWinWorld.Net) Although the startburst diagram shows POSnet at the center of POS, it will in fact be centerless, consisting of any number of centers. From the perspective of each individual, sh/e is at the center of the 'Supplier TeamNet'. POSnet itself consists of currently evolving TeamNets, each one collaborating with the other on various projects with the potentiality of being integrating into POSnet. Not all Gaian Doers make up the POSnet team. Each Gaian Doer however, offers value to POSnet's mission, just as POSnet offers value to their current TeamNet efforts. TeamNets will inter-connect and/or link up with other TeamNets that are currently - or will be - delivering leading edge products, services, and resources to internal and/or external customer-bases. Conversely, supplier TeamNets will have their own internal and external supplier TeamNets as well. And each TeamNet will have customer TeamNets that will supply, whether internal or external. Alignment Structure: Because of its diversity as a
Supplying TeamNet, POSnet's compensation program is being structured such that
POSnet's members will compensated in various forms of commission,
fee-for-service, percentage of revenue, equity and/or residual incomes. At this
point in time, every new TeamNet brought into the POS community will be
"sponsored" or recruited by an existing POSnet member. POSnet will in effect be
an example Supplier TeamNet offering new TeamNet members opportunity, the actual
POS - Personal Operating System, an operational structure, tools, compensation
and wealth distribution guidelines, customer/consumer bases, name brand
recognition, credibility and momentum. Adding such value to these new 'Customer
TeamNets', POSnet will be appropriately compensated in accordance with POSnet's
own compensation program guidelines.
Compensation within Given TeamNets: The internal wealth within TeamNets will vary, depending on a number of factors including: their size, product and or services offered, relationships, free market norms, etc. The principle is that for each person within their own TeamNet compensation will depend upon the value they specifically add to it. New TeamNets and Projects: Any one is at liberty to
propose forming a new partnership with any existing TeamNet at any time. The
decision to co-create or link up with new TeamNets is strictly between the
autonomous communities. Hence viable ideas, can use the momentum, credibility,
systems, etc of existing TeamNet organizations to launch their idea(s)
unobstructed by obsolete bureaucracies. Established ventures will be hard
pressed to reject a venture connecting to it since they have little to loose and
everything to gain - similar to Amazon.com adding on a new associate
bookstore.
Partner Search TeamNet: A database, to be established
and managed by an autonomous, mass privatization TeamNet will be available to
the entire POSnet community and TeamNets for the purposes of seeking out
partners/collaborators. Individuals, organizations and networks will be able to
sign-up as an associate at no charge-FREE!
Business TeamNet: A TeamNet will be co-created to facilitate the
creation and building of mass privatization businesses, communities and projects
using the tools created by POSnet. For ease of communications the TeamNet will
temporarily be called Liberty, though which a separate TeamNet will be linked
directly to POSnet . Since POSnet is supplier or sponsor partner for Liberty
POSnet will receive 15% of all Liberty revenues.
(My personal thought here are that consideration should be given to a greater compensation, particularly if Liberty's success depends upon POSnet's marketing strength.) Other TeamNets: Many of the people currently on
the Gaian Doers dialogue list already have their own ambitious projects under
way. These could be inter-connected to POSnet or other TeamNets within Gaian
Doers current networks. Supplier/customer/partner TeamNet relationships, and
