Arthur,   I’ve read little of Friedman’s.   The treatise on money he wrote with the lady who later became his wife turned me off. If you want to leave it to your daughter, privilege isn’t involved.   Nor is there privilege involved in the certificate of competency issued by an appropriate legal or medical Board.   Privilege arises when the lawyer or doctor can prevent others from practicing law or medicine.
