Right now, I can see that I have no proxy for conky, gnome-panel, and FvwmPager. I think it is because they are sticky. You can also turn off proxies for all iconified windows. I don't know why you would want to, so I guessing that was a feature request. FvwmPager and FvwmProxy are the only modules I use all the time.
