Yes there is a procedure ... You should have saved a private key that is randomly generated and downloadable for that purpose. If you didn't do that you are in trouble starting in single user will require you the admin passwd.
Maybe you could try to boot with a redhat cd1 and use linux rescue to try and map your instalation...never tried it. There if you are successful you could try and change admin passwd.
