I am trying to setup SecureRemote (NG AI). I am stuck right now getting the error 'user not properly defined' at the client. I have checked that the encryption settings match. I have the proper licensing in place. What are some other potential issues that could generate this error? For right now I am just using fw1/vpn1 authentication.
To be more clear, the actual login process (at first) seems to work.
