Have a number of firewalls but problems with just this one. We did upgrades on all to NGAI. They all did fine except on one I can't make any changes using the cpconfig utility. Example..adding an administrator or changing the password of one. I can go into the individual files "fwmusers" and remove and administrator but this doesn't solve the issue that no changes can be made in the cpconfig utility. Everything else works fine. I can make changes to the policy and so forth. Its just the cpconfig utility won't save any changes. Has anyone come across this before? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Have a ticket open with tech support but they don't have a clue just yet. Will let you all know the progress. Thanks
