what error-message do you see on your firewall?
is the internet-connection available all the time? maybe the ISP disconnects the DSL and then the user gets a new IP-address and this causes the problem ..?

Hi,
We have a remote site connected into the hospital via business DSL, using a SMC Wireless router, and they are having problems keeping the connection going to us. Does anyone have an idea on how I can look into why the connections are dropping? In their userc.c I enabled the keep_alive, but that didn't do anything. I don't know what else to look at.
Thanks,
