Never heard of it, but if it isn't free, I wouldn't bother. Depending on what you want to do, Big Brother is the best thing you'll ever find to monitor networks or systems applications.
Don't forget Nagios (http://www.nagios.org) either. It's also a decent (and free) monitoring package. Been using it here for quite a while and we've been really happy. :) -Jonathan
