Hi All, I first attempted to use VLAN trunking back on FP3. Any packet larger than 1468 would not route over a VLAN'ed interface.
I was hoping this would work on FP4, Solution ID: sk16230 suggests it would. I have upgraded to FP4 (R54), but the same problem exists with my Intel Pro/100 cards. I've found a web page that suggests a fix for linux (not secure platform specific fix). Not sure if I should be doing this with the secure platform build. http://www.planetconnect.com/vlan/ <http://www.planetconnect.com/vlan/> Has anyone else come across and/or solved this problem? Last resort may be putting another NIC in that works with VLAN trunking, so if anyone knows of NICs that do work like this, I'd be grateful if you could let me know.
