Having some trouble getting a Polycom H.323 unit to work with NG AI. The rulebase is as open as it can be for access to and from the Polycom unit. Just wondering if anyone has set one of these up with AI before. The gatekeeper is on the other side of the firewall and is managed by someone else. Others using that gatekeeper can initiate calls to us but we can't seem to connect to them. I went through all the Checkpoint documentation both in AI and in the knowledge base and followed their setup docs to the letter and it still didn't work.
