I'm having that problem with a client that I upgraded (nokia 330) from 4.1
SP4 to NG-AI.. Nokia says
They don't support going from anything less than SP5 to AI, so I have to
backgrade and upgrade to SP5 or SP6,
Then upgrade to NG-AI.

Anyway - on the client with session agent, do a netstat -a and see if the
port is listening (it's either
256 or 264, not sure off hand.. Think it's 256)

See if you can telnet to that port on the client - since the Firewall opens
a connection to the client
On that port...
