Hi Justine,

Can you let me know the exact rule u have created in rulebase?

You also need to set/edit the properties of session auth by right-clicking
the ACTION column/property of that rule and specify correct settings.

Also in user object's properties : Encryption Tab : Remove the IKE Client
Encryption Method.

See if it works.
