Hallo, I tried to set up a checkpoint firewall AI R55 (module with management station on one machine). There is only the trial license on the machine Eth0=192.168.3.1/24 Eth1=192.168.4.1/24
IP 192.168.3.10 (my notebook; which is connected with a cross cable to eth0) is allowed to connect to the management station and the user "test" is enabled. The smart Dashboard AI R55 is installed to my computer. I tested the connection firewal/notebook with ping and it works. If I tried to connect via dashboard to the management station to make the initial firewal setup and I got the error message: "Connection cannot be initiated. Please make sure that the Server '192.168.3.1' is up and runnig and that you are defined as a GUI Client." If I made cpstop and try again, the same picture. Can someone explain me the things I did wrong?
