Hello there, Some troubles are really hard to solve. This one is one of them.
It happens when the "To:" fields in the header (which is different than the "RCPT TO:") is (1) too long and (2) contains "<>". No workaround was found for this problem. The easier solution is to put a sendmail machine doing the verification (anti-relaying, access and so on) and not a FW ressource. Which has a big advantage : less power used on FW, but a big drawback : a machine needed!
