What error are you getting?
did you upgrade your Smartconsole clients, too?

Check your GUI clients file on the mgmt server, as this is overwritten
during import:

"cp_conf client get"

If you IP is listed, then delete it and re-add it.

"cp_conf client del a.b.c.d"
"cp_conf client add a.b.c.d"

also, try unloading the initial policy (only if you are running in
stand-alone mode)

"fw unloadlocal"
