Hi,
I would have answered your last questions, but you should really understand
what ClusterXL and state synch do before you implement them. Check Point
has excellent docs and white papers on them, and you shouldn't need support
to get a basic understanding of what they do. From your question, I'll
assume you read some... :)
Also, a couple tips. 1) Only ask the mailing list once. Asking multiple
times doesn't get it out to anybody extra, and it just spams those of us
with more mail. 2) No need to put Help Help in your subject line; most
people on the mailing list are apt to actually ignore you because they are
annoyed. We realize that you are asking for help just by sending a message
to the list.
As far as I am aware, there is no way to disable CCP other than to edit the
rulebase via dbedit, etc. Why you would want to do this, I'm curious. Why
not just remove the interface from the topology in the GUI? This may
actually be the only way; I have never tried to disable CCP on a single
interface before.
Good luck.
