Hi Gianluca, It is posible to assign a specific IP address to a single user using SECURECLIENT (only SecureClient) through Office-Mode, you can do this by editing the FWDIR/conf/ipassignment.conf file. For more information you can check page 153 page in the VPN-1 Guide.
I have done this myself, it is pretty easy.
