Can you connect to it via a browser? I can never remember which port it is:

or
http://ManagementServerIP:18265
Do you have the web CA management tool turned on? If so, what happens when you try to connect to it?
How old is your management station backup? I've got mine on 2000 as well and I image it every two weeks because I'm scared of having CA problems. A restore might be the fastest option.

Hi,
I'm facing the same problem as described bellow, an issue that circulated this list I believe in September, but for what I've not found the answer.
I have FW1 running on Linux and Management Station running on Windows 2000.
It has been running without a glitch when this suddenly happened.
I am without VPN and unable to change or create users.
Most severe as service in severely degraded.
Any help ?
