Did you apply any recent HF or HFA? Or may be you updated your smartdefense? The first line refers to something that seems to have been user defined.. You can log into smartdefense>Network Security>Dynamic Ports and uncheck any block data connections configuration and rather allow them to push the policy and see if the first error is gone. On the second and third error, you can look at C:\WINNT\FW1\R55\lib\updates.def at line 107 and and line 20 which have these macro's listed. Even though this file does not need to be edited manually, but in this case, you can remove these macro's from the file at line 107 and line 20 - save and push the policy. There is no need to do any cpstop and start for the lib files. Otherwise, in case you have recently installed some new fix, please uninstall and reinstall it.
