Is the policy server ticked in the properties of the firewall object within checkpoint? The error message is "Secure Client failed to communicate with Policy Server" while trying to exchange keys with firewall. I heard that this is a common error for Nokia box. Could you please share your information for solving the error? Also it will be appreciated if you send the information on how to attach products on to checkpoint user center.
