Make sure WINS and DNS are enabled etheir in the Ofiice Mode configuration on the firewall or locally to the PC with the SSL extender..... Also disable LMHOST lookup, enable nebios over TCP/IP , and add your domain name in DNS configuration..if you are using MS Active Directories. Look in the Firewalls log to see if you are dropping any traffic from the SSL pc, such as port 135, etc
