Hello list we are trying to upgrade the checkpoint's version to NGX I made the license upgrade, after that i upgraded my smartcenter everything is ok in this phase, all my configuration is imported and when I've finished the smartcenter upgrade i can see the new NGX Smartconsole interface and all my rules, network objects so the next step is upgrade the enforcement module we use secureplatform and we upgrade to secureplatform PRO (we need secureplatform PRO because of the multicast and OSPF support), when the secureplatform installation has finished , we reinitialize the SIC we check the communication between the smartconsole and the enforcement module and everything seems ok, well the last step is the installation of the security policies but in this point the smartconsole send us this error
"install/uninstall has been improperly terminated" Does anybody have any idea what this message means ?? Do you know if you have to pay SecurePlatform PRO license ???
