Hi,

no they hasn't to be the same hardware. Just take care for IPSO
releases, because the IP330 is out of sales, so out of support. So, in
your case it's maybe not a very good idea to implement VRRP on a IP330.

Hmmm, I accidentally cut some text in that post; the firewall consultant
believes that with Nokia and VRRP, the hardware must be identical on
both boxes, meaning according to him, I need either 2 IP330's or 2
IP380's. Is this correct?
