I took my problem to our lab, I worked it out that it is the OS SPLAT on R55, it does not recognize the dual processors on the DL-380.
I upgraded my lab server to NGX and when I cat the /proc/cpuinfo I get two processors. So I just need to make the change and go to NGX, thanks for all the advice.. Go to love playtoys..
