This site: http://www.fw-1.de/aerasec/ng/license-features.html reports
the license string "dbvr_unlimit" as meaning "Revision control for
rulebases, unlimited number of management-Modules".

In other words, it has nothing to do with the number of IP addresses
you can have behind your firewall.
