Hi guys,

   My SPLAT machine (running on R55 platform) recently suffered a faulty
motherboard crash and thus, replaced with a new machine. And due to management
decision, also made use of this opportunity to upgrade to NGX platform.

  My ex staff had backup the current configuration to a .tgz format and when I
use restore (via TFTP server) command on the NGX platfrom, the transfer had
done but there was a error message. "Cannot complete the progress due to
package compression errors."

  What does it imply? The backup was improperly done?

  Another question, let say I had backup the configuration within local SPLAT
platform. How could I export the configuration via TFTP?

  Thank you.

Best Regards,
