hi,

you can define a manual NAT that connections to port 110 will be redirected to any other port - for example pop3s.

but I guess your email client will not start ssl if he thinks that he is talking to a pop3-server and not pop3s.

what fw1 does not do is to act a a proxy and rewrite your pop3 into a pop3s connection.

if you have a pop3-server and want to offer pop3-s to the world you can check if connectra helps you.

cheers

Hi all,

Is there any way to do port redirection for POP3 to POP3 SSL service in Check Point firewall? Or, does it needs certain Check Point product to do it?

Thanks very much.

Regards,

Al
