<SNIP> we had the same problem going from HF02 to HF03 on the Enterprise NGX. The problem turned out to be a bad archive in the downloaded Windows bundle. (It also would not successfully un-compress using Winzip). The problem went away when we got the correct bundle. for the bundle that worked The file inside the first archive is dated 4/26/2005 and is a ZIP file as well The MD5 is MD5: 3a524c2b294ee2ecb6db9c80ba5d2fc1 I would re-download the Windows package and see if the problem goes away Richard H.
