Our customer have same hardware (2xDL380 + 4xQuad Intel Gbit cards)

We have same 1.00 LA
And this is really strange

PS. Can You run ps -ef |grep insmod ?
In our setup we have strange insmod running (I think insmod runs only
from startup script to load modules and exit after that)
