That must have been a screw-up on someone's part because it's not there any more and HFA03 is back.

I'm glad I saved a copy of the release notes to my computer or about now I'd be doubting myself that I had really seen it!

Am I happy? Yes and No. Yes because I am glad that CP finally recognizes that this is a serious issues especially in the P-1 environment where one has to do a lot of customization in the *.def files. No because I am not running NGx yet. I am
  still stuck on NG Feature Pack 3.

By the way, HFA_04 is available via CSP (Certified Support Partners) link. If
  you do not have CSP support, you can not get HFA_04, not yet.

overwrite customer's .def changes by default.
