I run standalone SPLAT NGx R60 with HFA-04 on a dell P-II 450Mhz with 256MB 
  RAM and it took about 2 minutes to push policy and my VPN tunnels did NOT go 
down.
   
  Could it be that Linux is much more nimble than Nokia IPSO?  Seem that way.

it takes like 10-20sec to push the policy, comparing to r55 which took a
lot less. usually, i expect it to take less, since ngx is an improvement
over r55.

also, free mem should be: 498-(183+50).
