I run standalone SPLAT NGx R60 with HFA-04 on a dell P-II 450Mhz with 256MB RAM and it took about 2 minutes to push policy and my VPN tunnels did NOT go down. Could it be that Linux is much more nimble than Nokia IPSO? Seem that way. cisco4ng

So where is the problem? it takes like 10-20sec to push the policy, comparing to r55 which took a lot less. usually, i expect it to take less, since ngx is an improvement over r55. also, free mem should be: 498-(183+50). > > But you are right: 1 GB is a good advice if you are looking for a decent > performance. > > Michael > ================================================= To set vacation, Out-Of-Office, or away messages, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] ================================================= --------------------------------- All-new Yahoo!
