The best way to resolve this issue in case you do not have any use for '.in.lhttpd', is to edit '$FWDIR/conf/fwauthd.conf' file on the firewall module (not on the managment but firewall module) and comment out the line referring to 'in.lhttpd'. This requires cpstop/start but just one time when you make these changes otherwise, you can keep waiting for this process to spike CPU, kill it manually instead of doing the whole of cpstop/cpstart but this would impact your performance everytime this process is hogging your resources.
