Frankly, If you have never done this before then you are likely to be out
of support and not entitled to reinstall IPSO. I known this is harsh but
such is life in a closed-source world.
Where did you leave the original CD + bootflop that came with the unit?
That is the version you are entitled to.
But beyond that the IP-440 is a plain PC so you can install SPLAT on it
just the same.
