I have a Dell PE1550 running NGX R61 SecurePlatform (SmartCenter +
Enforcement Module) and I have SmartDashboard on Windows XP. I can
connect to the SmartCenter OK but after a short period (around 5
minutes or so) the SmartDashboard puts up a message "Server is
disconnected. All changes will be lost" then closes down. On
attempting to reconnect it seems the SmartCenter thinks I am still
connected (puts up a message saying "[EMAIL PROTECTED] is already
connected..." and offers 3 choices of what to do).
I applied HFA_01 to the SmartCenter machine but this has made no
difference.
Anyone else seen this behaviour and can suggest a solution?
