They are two different things like planes and cars.
SecureXL makes handles sessions so you do not have to go to Check Point.
BUt this only works if you do not use any of the tricks of Check Point to
mangle TTL values and such. Enable it and you lose acceleration of
SecureXL.
The hardware acceleration is a VPN hardware accelerator. So it is used for
VPN's to make sure the main CPU is not bothered with crypto work.
