I have'nt tried this with a 130, but with a 330 I can build an image
from a 440 and place the drive in the 330 and it will boot fine, as a
440 would.

Subject: [FW-1] Nokia IP130 assistance

Hi all,
I have a Nokia IP130 that has been up and running for almost 8 months
now.
The hard drive just goes bad a few days ago. I cracked open the Nokia
and replace
the Nokia IP130 20GB harddrive with another laptop 20GB hard drive.
The problem
is that the IP130 will not boot up at all to the boot manager so that
I can wipe the drive
and rebuild with IPSO. I thought with IP650 and IP130 the boot
manager comes on a
flash not the hard drive. I tried with multiple laptop drives but it
is not working.

anyone has ever tried this before? this is lab equipment so I really
don't care about
  Nokia TAC support. Thanks.
