What model of IBM is this? And doesn't SC create a virtual adapter with the DNS info specified on the gw?

So the ThinkPad can't find any of the internal system, by name. If the ThinkPad did try by putting in the IP address for the internal system, then it works fine. Now if I run nslookup on the ThinkPad, and point it to the internal DNS server, that resolves names to IP's ok too. I have older versions of ThinkPad's, they work fine, but not ones that we got in the last few months. So does anyone have clues that I might try to use to fix this?? The ThinkPad's are running WinXP Pro, using SecureClient R56 build 619, the firewall is NG_AI R55. I should upgrade, I have almost all the other hardware and software subscription is up to date so I can just build and swap, but I just haven't taken that step yet. -ken cameron, CCP.
