I guess confusion like this is why Check Point is implementing their
"contract file" requirement with R65. The FAQ says the lack of a contract
file currently will not prevent an upgrade, but they reserve the right to
require a valid software subscription contract (as determined by the
contract file) for future upgrades and HFA installations. See sk32624 for
