Hi all, UTM-1 appliance; Secureplatform; R62
Have contacted Professional Services with Checkpoint and I have to wait for them to call me back - who know how long. Have tried two local companies that only do Checkpoint work. One was on contract to be here Thursday and their whole staff of experienced techs was called off on a job. Our old checkpoint guy knows nothing about our appliance - he's old school UNIX FW NG. Poor guy couldn't even help me with minor issues when bringing the box into production. Any help is greatly appreciated.
