Thanks for your answers but the tests of the new "read-only" admins was donde from the machine of one of the regular "read/write" admins, so there is no way this is an issue with the GUI Clients list. On any case, if I'm not mistaken, the error you get when attempting to get connected from a machine not included in the GUI Clients is the one saying something about "making sure the service is up and running and that you are included in the GUI clients list". Any other ideas?
